"Give generously to them and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to." (Deuteronomy 15:10)

IOMF completes 50 glorious years since the embarkment on this fruitful journey of service to the economically deprived,
regardless of caste, creed or religion. We have been able to serve a huge number of indigent people since our modest beginnings in the year 1973 by the Late Lamented Geevarghese Mar Osthathios Thirumeni. Through his selfless and
generous initiatives across India,
His Grace has been an influence to IOMF. We also owe gratitude to our diocesan metropolitan, Late Lamented H.G. Stephanos Mar Theodosius,
who has been impetus behind our efforts. IOMF consists of a small fraction of like-minded people,
whose mission is to serve impoverished people by providing financial support at pivotal points in life.
Since commencement, IOMF has undertaken and completed a major project in commemoration of each milestone. Projects such as "Mercy Fest 2002", "Vision 2004", "Give a Life", "Mercy Homes 2012, "SPEND 2015" and "HOPE 2016" are examples of such events
where patrons, well-wishers, friends, and relatives joined hands with IOMF members, contributing much more than
the usual offerings to charity which aided those in penury.
As a part of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations,
IOMF has ventured on this new journey towards a new beginning-SMILE 2022
with a vision to provide an opportunity for a positive future. The project aims to support children and
their families who have been impacted by COVID 19, which has caused widespread disruptions in basic social services such as health, food, housing, education, and minimum income.
SMILE 2022 seeks to BRIDGE a pathway
to HAPPINESS and FREEDOM, and to support less privileged individuals with
CARE and SAFEty.
